"Checkin at 3am was seamless. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel facilities were better than expected. The room was excellent. Lots of space, a great balcony, and a well equipped kitchen. There was a small supermarket at the rear of the building and another about 200m towards the Canal. The canal walk is clean and easy to follow and the beach was about 30-40 minutes along that. The whole of Dubai is a building site and it is a city for motorists so don't expect quiet at any time....

"I would recommend this hotel as a single women traveling on her own. Had a great vibe & upstairs restaurant by pool great music & food. Very comfortable to sit & eat on your own. 24 hour coffee station. Lovely room & very helpful staff with easy access to taxis for Kite beach surrounding attractions. Will come back & stay at that hotel.

"Very good. Service was top class, rooms were new and modern, bed was comfy. Dining options were brilliant. Special shout out to breakfast at Stfumato. Only criticism is loud construction works around the building but there’s hardly anything the hotel can do about that. Will definitely be back. "
