"We had just come off of a hike when we entered the hotel. It Smelled very nice as we walked in. We were greeted warmly, and offered wash rags and cold drinks. Staff was friendly and super helpful showing us around the property and getting reservations lined up for us. Rooms were very well appointed, and very comfortable.

"Stayed at the property to gain access to some of the best cycling routes in Andorra - was not disappointed. Need a car as there is no shops or places to eat within walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice

"The rooms are extremely small and very hot in summer. The bed is very hard as well as the pillows. On the upside, the food was very good and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the reservation we did through Expedia was not honored correctly. Once they realized the mistake they tried to correct but the harm was done. They always claimed that Expedia did not send the reservation details correctly!"

For the price, however, a very agreeable stay. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good and very good value. Free secure parking for my motorcycle which was much appreciated. I would return."

"We were a family of four staying in a bungalow at the camping location but we also used the main hotel up on the hill and both properties were great. The bungalow was pretty basic but had what we needed and we could walk to the restaurant and sports stuff.
The restaurant at the camping location was really great with fast service and delicious vegetarian options.
The view at the hotel on the hill is fantastic.

"Loved our stay. Reserved a 1 bedroom for myself, wife and 2 teenage daughters. Got a room with an extra 1/2 bathroom which was nice. The room was clean, roomy enough and nice. Kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. Supermarket across the street. Excellent restaurant across the street for dinner. Ski rental next door as well. Not much else within walking distance. Shuttle to Grau Roig ski area was very convenient.

The hotel offers a shuttle bus that takes you to the Gondola and back. Really convenient. The kids club is fantastic.
