"Super clean and well appointed rooms, I recommend online check in especially on weekends. Breakfast is plentiful and has amazing attention to details like gluten free counter, lactose free drinks, and even sticks of celery next to tomato juice. On weekends they serve breakfast 7:00 to 11:00, on weekdays 6:30 to 9:30. Ice vending machine is on floor 1. Lifts go up and down only with room card. Rooms are TRULY spacious, so are the bathrooms. Room safe, ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap - all good. Hair dryer is in the Velvet sack on the shelf in the bathroom. Towels are crispy clean and soft."

"First impressions - matters. After checking in online, I got a message my room was ready. I tried to check in at 14:40 - to be told that they charge me £20 to release the room before 16:00 hrs (not mentioned in the ’room ready’ message. This left a bitter taste for the whole hotel experience. Shame as location, pool, sauna and breakfast really was excellent."
