Clean and tidy hotel on the edge of the old town. Conveniently located near the Train station / river so also good access into the city.

A great place to stay - easy to walk or get metro/bus to all sites. Department store across the road with supermarket and take out food on 6th floor was superb. Reception team really helpful. I had a great stay.

Wonderful stay, very large apartment. Great location very quiet and safe area can walk to the old town easily.

Nice big bright and clean room with good shower and bathroom. Interesting area with nice square where locals gather in the afternoon. Close to food market and supermarket next door.

Nothing to complain about here, everything is spotless and clean. Very accommodating staff, the area is quiet and peaceful and a great place for some Golf.

Great last minute booking due to flight cancellation late in the evening. Pleasant surprise to get such a spacious room with very comfortable bed with quality linen and towels. Large well equipped bathroom with deep bath to relax. Very happy with facilities.

Spacious room and modern bathroom with a seperate shower as well as a bath. There was an electric jug and coffee and tea making facilities which we really appreciated as this was not common in Spain. The receptionist gave us a map and advised us places to go which was helpful too.

One night stay, in the main street of Ermua. Thought it was closer to freeway entrance. Good sized room, good facilities. Helpful friendly staff. Very noisy reception/lounge area at early evening checkin ( but quite once in our room on the same floor). Secure underground car parking available at a cost. We had a Renault Clio - a small car & found entrance & parking very tight. There is free parking a couple of blocks from the hotel. Not many dinner options close by.

Hotel accepted our booking late after another hotel did not accept our confirmed booking. Reception had trouble with eftpos and printer, but sent us through anyway, we were grateful to have a room at such a late stage, but also found the room fairly new, clean and spacious, very grateful guests! Thank you!
