I would give this hotel more than five stars if I could. Everything was exemplary, from the spotless room (with a little balcony) to the perfect location to the wonderful staff, especially the staff member who checked me in and then always had answers to my questions (unfortunately I did not get her name because she is fantastic). Excellent hotel in terms of: location, cleanliness, staff, comfort. We arrived by car to the hotel but couldn’t park in front of or near the hotel due to lacking any parking/stopping spots. The train/bus station near the hotel (across the river) is a little sketchy at night. Staff were amazing, they suggested dining restaurants and offered to make reservations for us. They offer free water bottles in the room and they replenish them daily.
