"Wonderful.servuce.The shuttle service wasnt working but they provide taxi services and paid it.That was very nice and understandable. I was traveling with my dad ..They gave me a room in the floor and also I had a lots luggage they got my luggage and put it and secure place for me that was very nice .I ask for late check and tgey gave me extra hour .Tjlhe staff very friendly and awesome service.I recommend them 100 give some many starts they deserved.You can walk and get food .Gas station Mc donalds some many options close to the hotel .Thank you for everything. "This is our 2nd time staying at the Embassy Suites. Overall - we really enjoy it when we stay. Breakfast is convenient, wonderful location, good sized rooms, and evening cocktail reception is nice. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. The staff are mostly really friendly and helpful. Pool area is great for kids. Great food from the pool bar too! The pool area needs more umbrellas (or more shade options that aren’t for hire). A great family hotel but I would suggest looking elsewhere if you don’t have kids. "
