"It is a nice hotel from the outside. However on arrival there was no one to help me with luggage. Checking in was very smooth, curious reception.
The property has been recently upgraded but the lifts have not been changed. They are slow, small and old. Also not enough lifts as one would expect out of a 4 star. We had a few pieces of luggage which I loaded into a trolley but it wouldn’t fit into the lift. Had to do 3 trips in the lift to get my luggage to 5th floor and same again from the lift...

"Great hotel, but a little bit disappointed, paid extra for delux room with sea view and ended up just over a big roof with the big fan next to it, noisy and not that great view. Ask for another room and was offered to change to another room in the annex building, but it was a lot smaller.
