"This hotel is small gem nestled in quiet community of private homes. Close enough for to main drag ( 5 min by car) but far enough that you don’t hear with noices of late night partygoers. We have stayed at 4 other properties in area and think we found our new home. We booked master suite and while layout is interesting it works nicely. There are 2 separate rooms. The bathroom located off the full living area. For us this was great, i had area to work and be on calls and my husband...

"I felt the pictures were selling a great place, it was a great place, but rooms are a little old. A lot of room for improvements. My stay was good. The staff is amazing and they took good care of us, the pool and bar areas are like new. Beach is few steps away from the rooms.
I didn't like the area outside of the Hotel. No security, dark, bad roads.

"Love the Boutique style of this hotel, staff great and the restaurant was great. Was very windy the night we were there and our patio door kept blowing open through the night even though they were locked. Very charming and lovely location."

"This ecolodge literally puts you in the center of nature in the rainforest. Plus, the staff is super friendly and knowledgable. The owners are two of the nicest people that you will ever meet. The onsite restaurant is a plus! If you want to eat like the locals, this is your place. This is not your usual hotel. It's located in the hills and it has a rugged charm. Nevertheless, we fully enjoyed the experience and recommend this ecolodge!"

"Loved the ambience. Breakfasts were delicious and served in such an appetizing and beautiful manner. Location great. Easy walk to the beach. Friendly staff. Charming and very different. Shower really cool --- water came out of a rock like a waterfall. And really good hot water. Would recommend if you are in the area!"

"Bottom line...great location and great set-up where you can snorkel right off the beach. Rooms were clean and nice and restaurant breakfast very good. The property is a little tired and needs more maintenance especially around the pool....but overall, just a nice experience with nice local employees. "
