"Pools were nice. Shows are 50/50. Beach was nice. They do great job with sargassum. Was boring with lack of activities. Staff was 50/50 with happy to help to being rude. Most looked unhappy to be there. Food was meh. Not much that interested me. Very few gluten free options either for my wife. Pool service was great. Bartenders seemed annoyed with me almost everytime I went up. Drinks were good and not watered down. This was our 3rd and last time going. There are better options. "
"Rooms were clean and spacious. Ac worked great! Food and drinks were good. Staff helped with anything we needed. The pool parties are a MUST! We had so much fun. Restaurants were also good. We liked that we had an option to eat at any restaurant every night vs only getting 2-3 restaurants options depending on how many days you stay. Buffet was also good. Plenty of options. We reserved photos with the photographer in the market store at the resort and he was amazing. Wonderful experience. I really recommend this resort it’s a lot of fun. Definitely go and experience the famous themed pool parties and if you just want to relax this resort will also offer that. Beach was beautiful. 10/10 recommend!!! The complex is beautiful and they keep up with the grounds as well. Very beautiful. The energy and vibe of the resort is amazing as well. Pools were great many options. Staff were always available and answered any questions. The staff for entertainment were wonderful as well. "

During 5 days just 2 waitres were nice. Trolly sistem sucks and the drivers worst.
They sale this place like a 5 start resort barely a 3 because thw food is edible compare to tohers resorts. "

"I did a four night stay at the finest resort and it was amazing. Perfect getaway if you’re looking for one. The service was amazing, the spa was great. I always had a drink in hand. The food was a solid 8 out of 10. We were never hungry in those restaurants were surprisingly good. The beach was clean. They did a great job with keeping the seaweed off the beach. The staff was great at entertaining the guests and keeping us engaged in activities that they held on the property. Everything was just great about this hotel. Every time I stay in Punta Cana, it will be at this resort. And if you have more to splurge on the suite with the personal pool, do it! This resort was the definition of luxury. "
