"The room was clean & complete with necessities, the staff helpful & friendly. Surprised to see a breakfast spread with hot & cold foods! There were eggs & sausages, yogurt, mini muffins, orange & apple juice. The shuttle to the airport was on schedule & the driver friendly & very helpful. "

"Clean room, friendly staff, great location.
Hotel is close to the airport & many eating options. Located in a quiet area but still close to everything.(downtown was less than 15 minutes away) The rooms were spacious & clean. Some furniture is a little outdated but comfortable. Many other reviews mentioned having hot water issues - this was not a problem for us. Water was hot.
Pool & hot tub were a great plus.
Staff was very friendly & made sure to speak to guests as we would come in & out. Would def recommend this hotel, we will stay again next time we r in Baltimore "
"Been staying at sonesta es for over a month and I highly recomend staying here. Staff is excellent and breakfast is always great. petsare allowed and that is a great added bonus. Thanks for making our stay a great one!! "
