Covid pressures or cheap cost cutting?

The room was sufficient, which is all they are really striving for anyway. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. The cleanliness of most of the room seemed adequate, however the floors were filthy. I spilled a little water on the floor accidentally, and when I cleaned it up the towel was black from the filth on the floor. There was also some kind of dirt in the sink when we arrived. The breakfast provided was the worst I have ever experienced. Almost all the options were carb heavy and/or loaded with sugar. No fresh fruit, no fresh entree options. They offered microwavable pancakes and refrigerated bagels with sweetened peanut butter (Skippy) or butter, not even cream cheese. They offered one flavor of Yoplait yogurt that was so overly sweetened that it was unpalatable. It would frankly have been worth the few extra dollars to have stayed at another hotel and gotten a better experience.

    Absolutely amazing Hotel

Absolutely amazing staff! Came to Baltimore for a family vacation and the staff answered any questions about the area that we had. The hotel was extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast included was great. My children have a dairy sensitivity and they even had options for them which in my book is a win any day. My only gripe, if you could even call it that, the pillows were a little to soft for my liking. Other than that, the stay was definitely one to remember and we will be booking the same place for our next Baltimore trip

    Great hotel to stay in!

I was in town for one night for a baseball game. The room itself is at a good size for one person. It was clean when I found it. There is a huge smart TV if you want to stream shows. The king size bed is huge and I enjoyed being refreshed in the stand up shower. Overall, a great place to stay if you are in Baltimore. The one minus is that there is construction going on near the hotel. Not the hotel’s fault but it might annoy someone else.

The room was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in and the service was exceptional. The garage was across the street and we only paid $5 a day.

    Wow…please think twice

The wall is extremely thin; I could hear people stumping upstairs, knocking stuff here and there next room. TV did not work either. We could hear a baby crying all night. Couldn’t sleep at all. What a terrible night that was.

Was there for the BC /Syracuse lacrosse finals, and stayed one night. Didn't enjoy having to pay to park, but room and one night stay was enjoyable. May want to think about complimentary parking at the garage if you stay under so many nights.

    Ok but could be better

Nice, clean..seems like a new building. Wish there was parking. Free coffee but unfortunately, on our last day, the coffee was watered down. Hotel needs audio and visual survellance.. thin walls made us hear our noisy neighbors after 11pm.. not a relaxing first night.
