"Ease of access from train station. Room was big, the biggest one for our 15 nights trip in Japan. Sound proof was great as couldn't hear anything from the train tracks despite the distance.

"Completely beautiful. Everything is perfect, the atmosphere, the delicacy, the lighting, the artwork, the music, the service. Rumi, Kenji and other members of staff are so so friendly. They made me feel like I was in a home away from home. Whilst also having a completely unique experience. The private hot spring bath outdoors at the back of the hotel is out of this world. So dreamy. Beppu is an incredible space and city to be in and staying here just made it so much more special."
