"Great hotel with a beautiful view of the Mt. Fuji! We were welcomed with a free upgrade, with a clean and spacious room! The buffet breakfast was also delicious. We also found that they offered free shuttle service to Kawaguchiko station and Fuji-Q Highland so if you’re interested in visiting there, i highly recommend using it. I woke up to a beautiful view this morning and will be coming back again in the future!"

"Hotel is well ubicated. Just a mile from Kawaguchiko main train station. The room was very clean, friendly staff, and great view of Fuji. The front desk clerk Son, was very helpful with all the questions we asked, he gave us service with a smile and a loving heart. Made our visit feel very special.....Thanks! All the restaurants he recommended had top quality food. Son, is the personification of Omotenashi!"

"I rate this hotel pretty high but the only thing I didn’t like was the bed. The bed was pretty hard for my body and only one pillow. Everything else was good. It’s close to the lake, restaurants and bus stops. There were great many amenities available. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff were very helpful."
