The hotel is very conveniently located, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean. However, this hotel only considers children up to the age of 12. When booking through Hotels.com, there is no warning, and children aged 13 and 16 can still be registered as children. As a result, additional charges are applied upon arrival. Please make sure to check this carefully before booking. It would be appreciated if Hotels.com could improve this to prevent such inconvenience.

Excellent location right next to Hakata Station. (When looking for it, be sure to take the Chikushi exit side.) I was only here for one night but I received premium service from the staff.
