The service overall was attentive and thoughtful. The location was incredibly walkable and convenient. The Thompson was an incredible way to kick off my trip in Madrid. Very highly recommend and would stay again!"

The terrace was not really what we expected (you had to go out through the bathroom and there wasn’t room to sit on it) but the rooftop wading pool was very nice and uncrowded (granted we went at 7:30 PM and it closed at 8 PM) but we had it to ourselves and the views were wonderful."
