Room was spacious, bathroom clean and new, staff very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. There is an underground garage but it’s tight to maneuver around concrete posts but doable in small to mid sized car. Best stay we had in Madrid!

10/10 Exceptional

Best shower water pressure I've ever experienced in my life. Fabulous pillow menu options, a great little complimentary snack and drinks bar in the lobby!!! And the two concierges Daisy and Carlos did all that they could to help us. They even let us store our bags on the last day after we had checked out (for free!). If I could I'd give them 10 stars. We will be coming back some time just for the fabulous service :)

Although some distance from the city it’s easy accessible by Metro and taxi. Large comfortable air conditioned rooms with all the usual facilities, the complimentary drinks (inc alcohol) and snacks were a bonus. Full marks to the staff and a special mention to Carlos for welcoming us on arrival.

Breakfast was great and the hotel and staff are first class. It takes a little effort to get to the main attractions but we navigated the subway and used Ubers when time was a constraint. Highly recommended!
