It didn't appear very busy but that might be because of the layout of the riads and tentes scattered around the grounds. Lovely gardens and opool area/ Rooms were a little dark but I think that was the nature of them. Good breakfasts and meals; in fact there was good service at all times. "this property is 40 minutes away from Marrakesh in middle of nowhere off an highway. You cannot leave the premises without hiring 30 euro hotel cab, forced to eat every night paying 25 euros per head for dinner. There is no Yoga availabvle as advertised, no horse ridiong nearby, WIFI did not work at all, no TV s in room. CANNOT USE POOL AS FREEZING WATER. We booked for 6 nights and left after 3 nights without even caring about losing money paid already. It was so bad.

"The thing we liked about the Hotel Villa is that the BEDS are Extremely Comfortable and large. Excellent location and has a Snooker v / Pool table and the Kids had so much fun on the Trampoline in the massive garden.
