Very Nice BUT not for us!
We found Stay Alfred to be absolutely spotless and our apartment in very nice condition. Very secure building overall. Everything you need, except food, for your stay. I found the apartment to be very cold and clinical in decor. Everything was white except for one "crazy" painted accent wall. Carpet only in bedroom, other floors bare tile. The heating/ac unit was like a small turbo jet idling all the time. Could not hear TV unless the volume was turned up real high. We turned heater/ac off to get some peace and quiet but then got cold, so no win situation there. We could here the folks in the apartment up above us to well, not real good sound proofing. We for whatever reason made the decision to try Stay Alford and these are very nice apartments but just not for us, we will continue our stays at the Hilton Properties and not try anymore lodging experiments.....

As others have said...parking is an issue. Elevators are slow and it appears so slow that residents pets have puddled on hall floors.
