Exceptional 10.0
Great location. Very friendly staff on reception. I use a small mobility scooter but can walk a bit. The building is wheelchair accessible; the room itself is small but perfectly formed so if you are a wheelchair user you might need to make sure you book the accessible room unless you can manage a few steps ie from bed to toilet etc. The shower has an inch lip into it and push button controls so very easy to use. The bed is on a platform so quite high which might be an issue for some. At the end of and under the bed is a bit of storage space. The corridor/hallway in the 'apartment' is home to the kitchen and a fold down table, it's all been thought out and we were happy with having the means to make a cup of tea though you could cook something there if you wanted to. Best place we ate out in this trip was Caravan in Soho - superb! I liked the way they give you a small carton of milk and a couple of mini sweet treats for free. There is also other food to buy available in the room but with a Sainsbury's Local nearby there's little point as it's much cheaper there. There is also a Tesco Express but that is not wheelchair accessible - doesn't have to be according to the jobsworth on the door, not sure why Tesco think they are exempt from the law so I would say go to Sainsburys! All in all a great base for our stay in London.

Please stay away from here!
I booked the hotel ( over $400 per night) from hotels.com. The pictures looked great, I chose Studio with King bed and we were looking forward to our stay. When we got there, they told us our room is in a windowless basement. We tried to talked to them and show our reservation, the guy kept telling us this is what you reserved. I looked over my reservation and it was saying studio with king bed but it was pointless to talk to them. The basement had a damp with musty odour with an extremely poor ventilation. I was having shortness of breath all night. The quality of the prisons in North America are better than this place. The shower was broken and in 4 days there was no room service. We had a miserable time and they charged us for 4-5 stars hotel in the same area. This hotel would have been shut down immediately in North America because of its ventilations problem that can be actually extremely dangerous. I will try to report this to the London Health and safety office, but not sure if how it works in England. Please avoid this place, it can cause you severe health issue. Don’t be manipulated by the pictures, the kitchenette is so small and technically all you get is a refrigerator that you can get that in any hotel. The location is central but surrounded by home less people and not safe.

Tiny but Comfy Rooms Broken Elevator
I stayed in unit 407. The unit itself, the floors outside the unit and the minuscule lobby are very well maintained and nice, although small. Wilde made very good use of a small space and the technology was well thought out. The property is located in an excellent location, if you like being in the middle of all the action as I do. I had two issues. Firstly, the elevator was out of order. So, each time I left and returned, I had to climb 5 flights of stairs (in London, ground floor is 0). The hotel did carry your bags if you asked but my co-worker ended up carrying his large suitcase down 7 flights of stairs. The hotel made no adjustments to our fees to despite the inconvenience. My second issue is with the front desk. My business credit card was not working properly so I “held” the payment on my personal card at check-in, the next morning I asked the hotel to switch the charges to my company card. They said they would but when I checked out, they had not. Now, I have almost $1,000 in charges for which I must be reimbursed. The hotel’s lobby is effectively a small room so there is no place to lounge outside of your hotel room. Good hotel, small but comfy rooms, great location but unfortunate mishaps with elevator and front desk. If not for those things, the stay could have been very pleasant.

Very good 8.0
The location of apartments was great. The price was a little steep as its not a hotel, it doesn't have the same daily amenities as a hotel, so the privacy of the apartment comes at a cost of cleanliness and the convenience of a hotel. I stayed for 5 nights and I found that the apartment was actually very small for two people. the kitchenette was cramped and the bathroom (shower and toilet) was really small too, and the shower door didn't stop the water from escaping onto the bathroom floor, so the shower mat was soaking for the whole stay which wasn't pleasant. I left one of the door signs on my door for 3 days for my room to be cleaned and finally on the last day of my trip just one of the rubbish bins were emptied. There was also no windows that could be opened in my room so I felt like there was very little ventilation, so It felt a little suffocating and made the room feel even smaller because of this. Although I had a somewhat pleasant stay here, I don't think I would come again as the convenience of staying in a hotel with daily amenities and cleaning would work better for my preferences.

Great for solo travelers
This is a wonderful location for visitors, close to transport, river, central. The hotel is clean and staff very friendly, kitchen is well-stocked with plates, utensils, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Slight downsides of my stay, but very minor: beware of the permanent, rowdy homeless crowd down the block toward Charing Cross station, it's a bit of a turnoff. The cleaning portion was a bit confusing - I stayed 5 nights and only one maid visit was listed, but maid service visited twice, first time removing some towels and toiletries and not replacing them, then returned next day and did replace towels and sheets. Plus, the limiting to 4 coffee pods when staying 5 days and not replenishing is a bit odd, since all hotels that have this service provide at least one drink per day. All in all, it was clean, friendly, fast wifi was perfect, and of course the provided smartphone was a wonderful addition for tourists.
