The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. I very much enjoyed my stay there, the only drawback was that the wifi was not consistent - I only had to work from the apartment for 3 hours and wasn't able to connect that whole time (though later when I was relaxing, Netflix didn't seem to be an issue).

Tiny apartment but suitable for short stay. Location fantastic. Would be nice if there was a proper door handle as the door is very hard to pull close with the metal "Lip" type handle. Check in was easy and uncomplicated.

HOT room even in Springtime.
The apartment was very cute and certainly sufficient for a month long stay. BUT I would never stay here again and in fact had to check out early. The room was HOT and I mean HOT. Temps were only in the 70s at the most and the little ceiling fan did nothing to move air and cool off the room. It was hard to sleep. We left the window open but the blind kept breaking and so we Couldn’t pull it up to get better air into the room at night. The room smelled like someone had left an onion in it and was almost nauseating when you opened it each time. Mgmt was told and did nothing. Mind you it was a small refrigerator that could have been replaced for the cost of one night in the room and they did nothing. In fact when told they acted like I was crazy. My sister was with me a couple nights and my daughter for a few and they both agreed that the stench when you opened the door was awful. The location was wonderful even with all the construction. Beware though - NO LIFTS - we were on the 3rd floor It’s a lot of stairs to haul Luggage.

We stayed in a building fairly recently renovated. Attractive, clean, great location just off Portobello Road and about 5-8 minute walk from Nottinghill Gate tube station. Studio apartment small my US standard but average for Europe. I will be a repeat customer!

Fancy digs, small space
Be prepared: very small space. I actually couldn't open my suitcase all the way unless I put it on the bed. The building itself is very modern, and the flat feels brand new. I was lucky enough to get a first floor flat with a balcony. But I actually don't like how they don't let you know or let you choose what type of flat / floor you'll be on when booking. You could end up on lower ground, no balcony, or 2nd floor +. There will be street noise, but I used fans overnight, and it was fine. It was fine for a week, if you don't plan to cook or need a lot of space.
