The only thing i missed would be a small gift shop with postcards & London tee shirts, postage stamps. Also the address sent my cab driver to the DHS loading dock behind the hotel. Hotel is in front, facing Heathrow. Room was very quiet! Waiter in restaurant was so kind to sort my 5 kg of British pounds & Euros.
