This was a fantastic location, especially for travelers looking to stay close to the airport while still having easy access to the Underground. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and exactly what you would expect from a Hilton property. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

10/10 Exceptional

After a night flight we were welcomed by the reception staff and given a room straight away which was not expected but very much appreciated. We stayed in an executive room and had access to the lounge with hot and cold snacks between 5-7pm. There was a good selection to choose from. The room was clean spacious and had a very comfortable bed. We have stayed here a few times and would recommend.

We liked it…it was close to the airport and we didn’t have to figure out the hassle of airport travel but it allowed us to be close to the city and we were able to navigate easily from the hotel and back.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel and room were clean and well presented. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and the service was fantastic. Lovely breakfast. The hotel was a very quick 5 minute walk to Terminal 4, along a covered walkway. However the transfer to Terminal 5 by underground was much longer than we anticipated. It took us 40 minutes. This is no fault of the hotel but worth noting if you travelling from Terminal 5.
