El beso (adults onlyside) rooms were very dated and needs much improvement .pools were in poor shape Good food and dining experiences Staff friendly and helpful Beach was nice. Lots of Chairs but alot are in rough shape, sagging or missing ropes We found out about liquor restrictions when we tried to get our first ketel one vodka (not allowed) very disappointed with that Overall , good for families Lots of monkeys daily Don’t need to go back to this resort anytime soon

Had an amazing experience here for our Honeymoon! Bartenders were very nice and excellent service. We had a Junior suite but got upgraded to to a room with a swim up pool thank you to Leslie !! Doesn’t provide transportation to hotel from the airport and back which kind of sucks but use the link that they provide for you ! Everything was wonderful and would recommend staying here. Most definitely will be back 😊
