I got a hard time finding the entrance of the hotel. The hotel entrance was on the side street to the right of the Sai Ying Pun MTR station exit A2. The entrance of the hotel building was like a regular residential building, nothing’s fancy. Hotel lobby is on the 7th floor, which is very small and kind of dark. My first impression wasn’t the best. However, it was a nice surprise that the room was very nice. It was clean and modern. The bathroom was huge. It was well equipped. They have a Dyson hair dryer, mini fridge, electric kettle, an umbrella, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, small sewing kit, …They gave you two free canned mineral waters. Staff at the lobby was ok. The cleaning lady was very polite. She asked me if I needed anything when I saw her near the elevator. Bath towels are fluffy and clean. If I’m being picky, I would say that the internet connection could be better. The wifi connectivity stopped a couple of times. The lighting of the desk is a bit dim. The TV was mounted in front of the bed, not at the living room area. Overall, it’s a great hotel for the money. I would stay here again.
