A comfortable and convenient location on a slope.
We found this place on Google Maps and decided to give it a try after looking at the photos of the room on the hotel's website. We noted that it seemed to be on a slope which we found to be quite steep (about 35 to 40 degrees) when we arrived. However, it's not too hard for a taxi to reverse up to the hotel's entrance. A few more steps await before you get to the entrance proper, so if you or any of your fellow travellers are wheelchair-bound, you should rule this hotel out. The room was advertised as being 21 square feet, basically enough for a queen sized bed, dining table, 2 arm chairs and a wardrobe. There's plenty of other storage, a cupboard by the wardrobe, and a cubbyhole and drawers in the bed frame. The bathroom only had a shower, and being on the 19th floor, the water pressure was a bit weak. There is a separate kitchen which has an induction cooker, grill microwave, toaster and kettle, and washing machine/dryer. You can get brewed coffee from the coffee machine in the lobby. The in-room Wi-Fi was sufficiently fast, and there is also a little space heater which came in useful on the nights where the temperature fell to 10 degrees.

Poor 2.0
I travel a great deal and this is my very first review. So here we go. When in HK, i generally stay at the Eaton Hotel, After completing my business in Shen Zhen i made reservations at what i thought was the Eaton Hotel because of the name sake and not fully paying attention, i made reservations at the Eaton Hotel residence. Upon arrival i was shocked to find i made a mistake and it was late and i was tired, so i decided to stay, it was only for one night. What a mistake. The hotel was on a back street up a steep hill and hard to find. The bed was hard, No HOT WATER, the Shower needed some work. I was truly disappointed.. I will pay better attention next time when booking my stay in HK. George

Surprisingly good
Hong Kong is notorious for poor value - high prices for accommodation, shoe box size rooms at Presidential Suite prices, and a take it or leave it attitude from some staff. But here is something that is tolerable and acceptable. Don't get me wrong - this is not the highest spec place on the planet, but for HK it is not bad at all. Room shown on the publicity is somewhat bigger that the one you get, but you do have a little kitchen, a small eating area, a decent bathroom, and a very comfortable double bed. Oh and I forgot to mention the small sofa. Staff were super helpful and obliging. Also it is well located, not far from Wanchai MTR, close to buses and trams, so all in all, what are you waiting for?

Good overall it’s a service apartment so only. 1 person at the front desk so wait time can be long Very good location in wan chai 1 block from wan chai mtr there are lots of good places to eat nearby the apartment is roomy it has a washer (suprisingly) a full kitchen with stove refrigerator and microwave I really enjoyed my stay

Good 6.0
Recommend to mid~long term travelers, unstable WiFi
The room was cozy and clean. Convenient location as it wasn't far from the MTR, have many bus lines and can get a cap quite easy. A bit funny location on the quite steep slope, but it was giving the HongKong feeling so I liked it. But I had 2 times of WiFi disconnection which made me in trouble as my business e-mail was lost and got a cut from the online conference call. So may need to improve and make it more a stable connection. Breakfast was just serving a cheap bread and not many options but since it's more long-term residences, not a usual short-term staying hotel, it might be hard to expect it.
