Worth it
It is fairly pricey but worth it. The restaurant on site does amazing seafood. The glamping tents are set out beautifully. Towards the end of Tulum beach but walking distance to some restaurants and bars.

Barefoot Naturista!!!#*
From arrival to departure, no complaints! The location, accommodation and staff has you earthed and relaxed amidst this earthly piece of heaven. I opted for the deluxe tent, stunning.....I am a lover of outdoor showers, this was one of the best! Drinks and food truly delectable, experience heightened by relaxed cushions on floor dining option! Appreciated the free bikes to get out and discover Tulum to then return to bar, beds, beanbags on beach! Just can’t rave enough about this place!!!💋

Poor 2.0
Covid Policy
I was unable to enjoy the stay due to covid travel restrictions. I understand a strict cancellation policy but I had hoped for a partial credit, or at least a discount on a future stay. They took my money for the entire stay and I was left with nothing.

The room had a leak, the service was very bad, we were waiting more than four hours toilet paper

Covid-19 weekend.
Fantastic hotel, fantastic food and tastes, rooms beautiful but those rooms that are located in front street (was my case) the noise are terrible, cars, trucks, people loudly etc. It’s is a very expensive hotel and in that case this situation are unacceptable. Two rooms that was full paid by two couples of friends the hotel doesn’t refund any coin (covid 19), I understand policies but was out of hand situation... rest was amazing.

Poor 2.0
BAFFLED by all of the positive reviews! Staying at the Nomade WAS one of the worst experiences of my life! The service was terrible, without exception, for our entire five day stay. One morning, it took 3 waiters and 45 minutes of waiting to have our $15 USD half-cup of lukewarm coffee. On the beach, you're barely acknowledge by the servers. It took us one hour to be served, and our waiter was extremely rude. I guess, luckily for him, we have no say in how much tip the waiters deserve! Exuberant prices for mediocre (at best!) food. Additionally, they do not clean the day beds/beach chairs throughout the day, nor do they provide new beach towels. Everything about the tent room was outrageously frustrating. The pictures do not at all reflect reality! THERE IS NO LIGHT WHATSOEVER IN THE TENT! You can hear everything and there is no privacy. Not exactly relaxing. When anyone walks by, they can see directly into your room. The "bathroom" is not covered, so when it rained, we were forced to get soaked trying to get to the toilet or the sink. PLUS, all of the water gathered in front of the toilet, which was just disgusting. There are also workers who have their lunches behind the tents, and you can see through the cracks in the wooden "walls" and they are very loud. Everything here was overpriced. We essentially payed $800 per night to stay in a tent. Are we in Paris? Avoid this place at all costs! This was the most overrated and terrible place I've ever stayed!!!!

Great escape in Tulum
Great place, very cool , chill vibes. Loved the daily yoga classes and live music at the beach bar and restaurant. The service at the beach bar can be a little scarce, but the staff is overall very friendly and helpful. ( Exception being the lounge chair concierge)
