I had made a booking with yourselves, expedia.com, after which you had taken my payment and sent me the confirmation. I had arrived at the hotel that evening, only to find the hotel was closed. I called the number of the hotel to which the message said it was disconnected. I was able to find a mobile number, but after infinite attempts of nobody answering. I then had to find alternate accommodation nearby.
I returned the following day after 10:00 to see if anyone was around due to being daylight. Again closed. I found a person in a neighboring house and asked her about the hotel at which she informed me they had been shut for a few months, gone bankrupt.
This was extremely annoying as I ended up wasting my time running around small villages looking for alternate accommodation at late hours, having lose sleep and rest. Also very annoying that a business like expedia had no clue about this hotel, saying it was open, very unprofessional!
