Worst hotel experience!
I had a late checkin after 9pm but my room was not ready and my family had no choice to stay 1 night in another room. Bathroom was moldy with cockroaches. My room was not cleaned up even with plenty of time from 9am to 8pm. Many more episodes if i were to list them all of them. Worst hotel experience in my entire life. Recommend not to stay in this hotel if you do not want to ruin your precious holiday. Not even worth of 1-star rating!!!

When we checked in, the hotel guy said that family rooms were not ready and available. we were upgraded to a residence unit. one of the bedrooms aircon was not working well. It on and off by itself every 5 min. Housekeeping was only done upon request. if not, they will not change y9ur towels or provide new mineral water

Inconsistancy In Room Standard
I booked through Hotels.com for my trip in October. I was given a room with toilet with bathtub. In the room was also a 2-seater sofa. This November trip again i booked through Hotels.com. For about the same price for 2 night stay, there is no bathtub. The shower compartment was barely the width of my shoulder. Its almost like a closet to store brooms and dustpans. The room is also smaller with a single seat sofa. It appears there is inconsistency in the standard accorded. The sliding door of the wardrobe cannot be slided fully due to some resistance at its base/top. The room no is 1012.
