Great Stay!! Check in was smoothe and people were friendly upon arriving. It was extremely welcoming!!! The rooms were thoroughly cleaned up and down! When we arrived, there was a note on the front desk stating please call for assistance. I called the number, was told, “I’m upstairs, I’ll be there in a minute.” It was thirteen minutes before the lady came to the desk. She was very sweet and professional. Once she got to the desk, check-in was an easy process. When we got to our room on the fourth floor, there was a baby cockroach crawling on the blind. My husband killed it. The bathroom was clean-ish, but not clean by any means. There were hairs on the tub and on the underside of the top of the toilet seat. There was a slimy substance behind the bathroom door on the floor. On a positive note, the bed was clean and comfortable and the AC worked well.

All of the staff that I spoke to was very respectful and professional but the room was horrible. My son made a mistake by turning off the bathroom light. Once he did that, the roaches was going crazy. A few times the roaches got in the bed with us. I did inform staff and they offered unscented spray although I know the room was already heavily sprayed before arrival. There was a strong scent of bug spray in the room. We couldn’t put our belongings down without the roaches trying to get into them. A few times the roaches tried to get in my ear while I tried to sleep. This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my 40 years of living.
