Love that they are a pet friendly hotel! Very comfortable stay for my sister and I and my 2 dogs. Staff was courteous and helpful, and the location is convenient to the Tanger Outlets and downtown Charleston.

outdated and was not clean

The bed was super uncomfortable and the room had a smell like it was old. They placed us right next to the elevator so that’s all I heard all night. Asked a new iron because the one we had was leaking a lot of water. It took them 25 mins to deliver an iron to our room. Had to call the front to remind them.

I was not impressed with his hotel. The beds were uncomfortable and overall the room was dirty. They were fingerprints all over the doors, especially in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was great but the showerhead was not adjustable and it actually stung when it hit you. The shampoo conditioner and soap was junk. The phone in the room was broken, Which is probably a safety issue but it I guess everyone has cell phones so it’s OK. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I was relieved That I packed Clorox wipes and it was only a one night stay.

This hotel is in desperate need of some TLC. We arrived and had to haul our bags up the stairs Because the elevators were broken. We got to our room, and the bathroom door was jammed and wouldn’t shut, so back down the stairs to book another room. There are stains on the carpet everywhere... in the hallways, in the room. The management was incredibly unaccommodating when I asked for another room with a operational door. He explained he would need to clean another room if we didn’t stay in the broken door room for the night.

The room was cleaned. Saw roaches in the hallway and by the bar in the lobby.

The loft concept was different but the beds were very very hard, don’t get a room anyway near the elevator it’s very noisy. The staff were extremely nice, plenty of eating places and gas stations around.

I was hesitant because of past reviews but nicely surprised. The room was clean, did not smell, berthing worked, bed was very comfortable. The only thing negative I can say is the walls are thin, so you can hear people in the hallway, but that was only until 10pm. Then things were quiet. Also, the jet noise was not an issue inside the room at all. I couldn’t hear them unless we went outside.

It was good other than my 1st room having lady bugs all over and the shower was dirty. They switched out my room and it a lot better

With the bar closed during covid19 there were alot of kids playing pool and games in the lobby
