VIP treatment by Maribel
Person at the front desk (Maribel) greeted us vey nicely (This was our 3rd time staying here and Maribel has greeted us the same every time) she’s very helpful and very polite. She gave us VIP treatment and I’ve seen her treat everyone the same. I gave them a 4 star because I would like for them to give more variety with their breakfast. Looking forward to our next visit to Veracruz and we will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Excellent service. Great price. The buffet breakfast was excellent and ample for the price. It offers shuttle to and from the airport which is about 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic which can be really congested at times. I stayed one night to catch my flight. I will stay there again when I’m in Veracruz.

Near airport is a plus
Somewhat noisy outside through late night, drunk people talking loudly and traffic noise. When I arrived was told elevator was not working then suddenly it was, then it wasn’t working in the morning, not good for elderly that can’t climb stairs. Also website needs to have information regarding the hours the free shuttle to airport is running. Restaurant food was good!
