This place is excellent, we only had the basic studio with private bathroom, it was clean well equipped, iron ironing board, kettle, toaster microwave, spare bed, the large queen bed super comfortable, crisp sheets very good night sleep, great TV and access to all sky, lots of lovely clean towels and very good shower. Staff were very pleasant and friendly, everything was clean and tidy, despite it being an older style building. Plenty of buses going into town, but also an easy walk downhill to the CBD. If you're in to watching the endless inaction of cricket the Basin Reserve is literally across the road, but if you want some actual action: keep on walking.
