Good, reasonably-priced option for the center
This was my 2nd stay here. Both times the staff have arranged a driver for me to go to the airport for a very early flight. So that is a reliable service with a safe and punctual driver.

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel. Each time it seems to be better and is my go to budget hotel in Mexico City. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bathrooms are clean with lots of hot water for the shower. Only some rooms have air-conditioning, but I have never found it to be uncomfortable in the rooms with fans. The restaurant is excellent.
It is a short walk to Zocolo and the historic centre as well as subway station
I like that is a short taxi ride to the airport

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. However, the room was stuffy. There is no air conditioning. There was a tall appliance in a corner that may have something to cool the room but the bell boy didn't say anything about it and I didn't try it. It is convenient to many area attractions. I was only there one night so it was adequate.

The best screaming deal ever. For the equivalent (as of 1/6/24) of $50 USD I got two nights, in a big room with two large beds, decent size bathroom, safe, and free water.
Yes it was a bit bare bones: about 8 oz. worth of threadbare towels and no soap dish. But very clean and OK where it counts: comfortable beds with nice thick pillows.
Nobody spoke English except the manager, but the staff was exceptionally nice and friendly.
The restaurant was basic but the food was good and served very fast. You can get a room with breakfast included but it's small.
Really great location, too, near a subway station and kitty corner from the historic San Miguel Arcangel cathedral.
If you go, and don't speak Spanish, brush up on your tourist phrases or use Google Translate. My 80 days on Duolingo served me fine.
Definitely I would stay here again, five stars.

Not great.
Small room, hotels.com did not clarify that the charge for the room was for only one person. Once i got to the hotel, i was charge additional fees for each person. I booked two 2 bed hotel rooms. So i was intentionally going to have 2 people per bed. The price initially charged was only to room one person only per room. Which it defeded the purpose of getting a 2 bed room in the first place. Rooms were hot, no air flow, and small. Which i dont mind the size of the room for the price but it was not worth it.
