It's a busy hotel but they have enough elevators so not an issue. Staff are friendly. Restaurant sometimes the service staff can be pushy with providing them a certain amount of tip. Not always, but noticed it some nights more than others.

Very nice Hotel with very good services. Food and Beverage costs are about double what is available just outside the Hotel. You can walk to most of the Museum's located just a few blocks away.

Good quality service, well located.
Staying at the Hyatt is a guarantee of high-quality service. At least you expect that from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, some details took one star away. The food from the Room service was cold. The temperature in the room was nearly frozen, and when I couldn't adjust it by myself, I called for help, but it never came. Other than that little aggro, the staff was friendly & attentive, and the room was nice. I will definitely give the hotel another opportunity in the near future.

Outstanding Stay
Everything about our stay at the Hyatt was excellent. The location cannot be beat, just a few steps from Chapultepec Park and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in Polanco. Our room was comfortable and everywhere in the hotel was impeccably clean. The staff in every area were very friendly and helpful. The concierge staff is an incredible resource, the best concierge service experience in any hotel we have ever used. Room prices very reasonable during the time of our stay (early January). Other amenities include restaurants, inviting bar/lounge, cafe/bakery/market, pool, sauna, spa and fitness room. Truly an impeccable experience.
