Firs time to stay in Hampton inn in Hermosillo Sonora, I reserved by my experience in the USA hampton inn hotel chain. Unfortunately the Hampton inn in Hermosillo needs a lots of improvements starting with room size furniture towes to old and smell old, just to mention some deficiencies.

The room was dusty, the food was not good at all. some of the staff was rude.

There was a situation where my mother in law was questioned by front desk staff, and asked to provide proof of stay or room key due to her looks and appearance. I spoke to staff about situation and how it was unacceptable to treat her that way specially because we are frequent hotel guests with the hilton family and expedia.
