    Beautiful setting and nice grounds.
Beautiful setting and clean. The hotel needs more maintenance. The room heater worked intermittently and the plumbing fixtures all moved in the wall when turning it off and on. The remote controlled window blinds worked sometimes, they would stay open and sometimes would stay closed. he bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft (high thread count). The bath towels need to be replaced, they were shredded. They need to put shower gel or soap in the shower, I had to take the hand soap dispenser and place it in the shower. I will bring my own soap in my next visit. The Continental Breakfast is good but limited to cereal, fruit, cottage cheese and orange juice, coffee and tea.

Room small with no view and not that clean. Service at restaurant too slow.

    Great location, terrible service
The service was remarkably terrible, 1hr to get food, they run out of everything.

Clean place, nice staff, very overpriced
The place is clean and the staff is nice. It is incredibly overpriced and once you make a reservation you will not have a chance to cancel or get any kind of refund, so you better be sure you want to stay here before making any payments. If you agree with the price, it is a nice place to get away from everything and rest (there is nothing but vineyards around). Ask for all the price ranges and different rooms they have. Don't count on the hotel to give you the best deal, tell them exactly what you want and the price you want to pay. They go from tiny bedrooms to villas. I got the smallest possible room for 150 dollars a night and when I asked for an upgrade they sent me directly to a two bedroom for 210 per night. I am sure they have other prices, but you definitely need to ask.

    Exceptional 10.0
Check in was easy, and we stayed in the family cabin (I think it’s called the deluxe chalet on the hotels website) which is basically a little two bedroom suite with its own patio. We went to the restaurant upstairs where everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and really made an effort to make our visit great! Highly recommend one of the bartenders custom cocktails. We will definitely be back, we already told our friends about it. We also stopped at some cool wineries on our way to the hotel.

    Ok
The service at their main restaurant was very un satisfying. The actual food was decent but they had run out of ketchup?. The room was decent, a little expensive for the amenities but ok. Had trouble locking door it would get stock, the shower was difficult to regulate the water temperature.

For the rate, my room was overpriced. Windows don’t open, no TV/music, no view. Nice place but rooms not worth it . The food was amazing which made up for the so-so accommodations
