Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga

The Hotel staff were good and the Hotel's Private Taxi Driver Ali was awesome, He took us on a tour of Dubai - His knowledge and English were very good. Only disappointment was the fact that we had to pay 20 Durham Approx ($8) for a cup of milk as we don't like the powdered stuff. This was quickly rectified by management but, perhaps it should be available to all staying guests FREE of Charge!

It was not the first stsy at hyatt place, every stay feels better than before. Amazing place for family stay. local area is nice too.

Our stay at this hotel and our experience here was awesome! The hotel is super clean and the staff are very welcoming. Couple of small issues but it shouldn’t affect their overall performance. When I arrived the wait time to check in took a little longer than what it should be as the staff was helping someone else and there was no one at the 2nd counter. Another thing is , they could be a little bit faster in sending stuff to your room if you request something. Our room was very space, clean and came with a couch. And the best part was the room with a private patio. I wish we could have spend more time enjoying such gorgeous patio. The breakfast was a hit. There was so many options and the on site chef makes fresh omelettes and pancakes at request. We went for breakfast early (before 8am) every day and the service was fast. The hotel is very close to metro and it worked great for us. And there are a lot of places to eat in the area and the supermarket is just a stones throw away. Although it’s an old area but the hotel is beautiful from inside. I would without a doubt will stay here when I visit Dubai in future. Great job Hyatt Place Al-Rigga. Keep up the good work.
