Overall a solid vacation option. Bring lots of small bills in USD for tips. Like $60 in 1's for a week vacation. Change is hard to get there. You will not need to use the local currency at all. Just use USD.

Use Uber in Punta Cana other wise the hotels over charge when they call TAXI,love the Domenican people they are friendly, i went to Punta Cana Blue mall 3times while i was there in resort for 7 days,its very safe a lot of stores and good restaurants!

Walking along the beach is gorgeous. The roads/pavements are hit and miss. Lots of potholes. Makes pushing a pram or wheelchair hard work! Lots of traffic but never felt unsafe here.

If your new to the DR like we were, we used etransfers as our transportation and it totally eliminated any anxiety of being in a new space. They were on time, with your name on a board and smiling genuinely to greet you. We felt safe with them.

Lots of potholes and overall Punta Cana doesn't look like the Touristy place you imagine! Punta Cana overall doesn't have a good looking landscape. Still a lot to improve. Hotels on the other hand are very well worth your money, they're perfect!

DR is a beautiful country and I feel the designs for the property allowed people to enjoy nature and peace while keeping a since of community when guest needed it. I will be recommending this location to more people looking for relaxation & food.

"In my opinión the hotel is past due in a heavy maintenance and some of the staff aren't very nice or professional but I think everybody should build their own opinions and the only way is to visit it. "
"Property is well organized. As soon as you arrive you are given a QR code where you can access information about the resort, be informed with resort activities (location+ timing), and reserve for restaurants. Workers are friendly and food is great"
