Absolutely loved our stay here. We were on the 42nd floor and the view was incredible. The shower and tub in the room are excellent, and bed super comfortable. I loved the provided hotel pajamas so much that I purchased a set! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the concierge helped me book a restaurant reservation that was great. We only ate one meal at the restaurant but it was good. Gym is small but nice and clean. I heard some mixed reviews about the location but we loved the location! Kabukicho is bright, busy and high energy - a perfect area for my first time in Tokyo. Bellustar felt like a peaceful, luxe retreat from the chaos just downstairs. I would love to return and stay again!

Amazing hotel right in the center of Shinjuku! The views from the rooms and common areas were simply breathtaking, the bed and pajamas so comfy (I even bought one), the breakfast very delicious (“umae desu”!) !! The rooms are spatious, clean… the hotel is at the top of Kabukicho Tower, close to subway station, Godzilla Statue and stores such as Isetan Department… But what I liked the most was the staff! Every person of the Staff was super helpful, nice and gentle! Tanaka-San even learned some portuguese words to talk to us and it made we feel like home as well as taught as some words in japanese!! Li Junn-San and the others at breakfast area were so nice as well. We can’t wait to be back to Japan, and stay the Bellustar again.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic!!! I have stayed at a lot of different luxury hotels, and this one is definitely at the top of my list. Think of a high class aveda spa and turn that into a hotel... just top notch. The room was incredibly spacious and very close to the train station. However, it was the service that made this hotel experience the absolute best. The check in process took 5 minutes, our bags were immediately in our room and everything was done for us the entire 7 days we were there. Everyone was incredibly helpful. I am now spoiled for other hotels. 100000% DEFINITELY STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!
