They ran out of bottled water, no slippers, coffee, towels….had to supply room with coffee towels etc from abandoned housekeeping carts. Called for service, most calls were unanswered not picked up.
Food was disappointing, in particular the HABB RESTAURANT, where service was rude and dismissive on both occasions we went there.
Sling bar was superior, bartender excellent and friendly.
Chefs Market and Wine Kitchen were good, although on Dec 22, they refused to seat 7 of us, so 4 went and watched at least five tables for 4 sit vacant the entire evening. Not to mention on our first visit to wine kitchen on Dec17, at about 830 ish after we finished our dinner, we were told to leave by the hostess. Please note service was excellent both times at the Wine kitchen, except for the hostess.
D’italia Casitas, on Dec 20 was good, and the service was impeccable.
Drinks were very poor quality and weak in flavour.
Gift shop was ok, with Adrian being extremely helpful and kind.
Never got slippers for the cold floors, never had bath mats, facecloths and enough towels. Stocking the fridge was never consistent, always looking for bottled water .
Bird crap on the balcony chairs, never cleaned off. Broken screen door, no divider screen like in other rooms between bed and couch. Cabinet Fridge door did not close.
I was surprised that staff had limited if no English , while I tried Español, it was extremely limited. Staff used google translator.
