Fabulous location-comfortable room, exceptionally clean, staff helpful and personable. Coffee on floor 27 delicious!!! I was celebrating a birthday for a friend from out of town. I would not go back to this hotel. Most of the staff is rude and they do not even let you speak as they interrupt you. The room is not cleaned daily as you have to request to be cleaned but even if you do they do not clean it until 5pm.
