The room was ready and clean and comfortable> Helpful and friendly staff. The problem was that there was not any hot water in the AM for a very long time. It was ice cold and had to run the faucet for 4 minutes until it became at least warm. Unfortunately, the room next door - 640 - had very noisy occupants at 6:30 am and did not stop making noise for two hours. So it was difficult to enjoy sleeping.
