The property was a large studio apartment with kitchen, shower, Roku TV, and king bed. I was on the 6th floor facing the main street (Jackson St), but due to cold weather and closed windows, noise was not an issue. The location is directly across the street from te Court Square subway station (7, E, G trains) which was super convenient. Traders Joe's kitty corner from the apartment as is the Court Square Diner. Check-in and check-out were easy. Check-out, you just leave-no need to deal with the trash, towels, sheets, etc. I was able to get an earlier check-in by 90 mins for an extra $25 which was very helpful. Two issues. One was very minor. The mobile key did not work for me for some reason. Had to manually enter the code at the front door, elevator and room each time. A little annoying. The other issue frustrated me. The main kitchen light uses a smart sensor light switch which was programmed to turn on the lights every 20 mins. I left shortly after checking in and didn't make it back to the apartment the first night until after midnight. I went to bed and all of a sudden the lights turned on by themselves. I turned them off, then same thing happened 2 more times before I realized it was programmed that way. Why? Makes no sense. I did get on the Sonder app and started a chat. Someone replied about 5 mins later. I only got partially correct information. About 3:30am I was able to figure out how to set it so it would not turn back on. Very good stay otherwise.
