Overall a decent stay. The location is great—just a 5–7 minute walk from the 397 bus stop—and they offer free airport transportation, which is a big plus. Staff were friendly and helpful. One small downside: only the double bed was made, and I had to make the bunk bed myself.

Basic needs - I used as a place to sleep during layover to US. shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes from airport A9-13 stop area stopping at all 3 IBIS hotels which are conveniently located next to each other. For dinner I walked 2 minutes to IBIS hotel for meal - assorted dining options & gift shop.

Clean, very small and very basic rooms, no fridge, a few hangers and shelves but no closet. No room service but a bar and restaurants at the more upscale Ibis is just a short walk away through the parking lot.

Budget is very accurate

Very average: it did the job considering I had an early morning flight and had to leave at 04:30. The shuttle bus is every 20 mins and picks you up from the foyer - this was the best thing. It is a budget hotel but I found the room uncomfortable and there is literally nothing around there, so make sure you bring tech and chargers.

I stay here always when visiting my son in the Netherlands. It is the hotel I stay at before my flight home. The staff is always friendly and considerate of the fact that I am an elderly person. The hotel is easy to navigate and the shuttle to and from Schipol, where I can take the trains is very convenient.
