Straight forward process to book. Staff were fast and friendly. However, check-in line was lengthy, staff were juggling a long line of people. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the city. However the door did not have a secondary security feature, such as a door chain or block in case someone accidentally received a key to my door handle. Great location and value for money. The breakfast included with reservation is solid and convenient.

There's 2 lift but only one is working and you can only accommodate 3 or 4 pax in the lift. Room is tiny. I had a room for 4 pax and doesn't have enough space for luggages. They don't do room services everyday even though they say they will do alternative days as I was staying for 4 nights. They have self service laundry room so you can do laundry there but it's quite dirty in there. The location is great though as you have train, trams and buses just besides this hostel. A few places for food within walking distance and a grocery store a tram station away.

As soon as I walked in to a mixed room, my nose was greeted by a strong smell of body odour. There was no proper air circulation, so the smell stayed in the room. The mixed room I was in consists of two bunk beds and two twin beds right beside each other, made into a double bed. It horrified me because I am literally sleeping next to a stranger. The room was very hot and I was sweating. Worst hostel experience so far for me.
