You get what you paid for

The kitchen was the worst what I have ever seen or smelled. There were old food everywhere and all the equipment were very nasty and dirty. It was definetly a place where I wouldn't have wanted to cook or eat my food....and what I did. Our room was big but the shower had only cold water and the bathroom door was loud, I mean very loud (no going in to the bathroom in the middle of the night). And in the morning we noticed that there were bugs (cockroachs) all over the place! And top of all that our keys stop working in the evening.

The hostel was I deal for me to get to & from the Roma Street station for the airport. The front desk at check in was super kind & helpful. Unfortunately the 4 bed female dorm with an en suite bathroom I was in didn’t have a hot water tap that seemed to work & the cleanliness of the bathroom in general I found below par compared to other hostels I’ve previously stay at. It was do able for one night but the bathroom let it down unfortunately

部屋にトイレとシャワーが付いているのですが、同じ場所で1つなので、誰かがシャワーを浴びているときはトイレに廊下の端から端まで歩いて行かなければいけなかったのが大変でした。あと、コンセントがないので共用スペースで充電などしていました。

Noisy pub on ground floor but windows were double glazed so not an issue. Close to the station- 2 minute walk. One other good point was that reception was open 6am to 12 midnight. Coffee and tea facilities were available in the room. I had a double room, (2 single beds) with its own bathroom but the following points were disappointing: Room didn't look as good as the picture in the ad! Blind was broken; bedside light didn't work; Bathroom smelled like there was a broken sewer pipe; bathroom door could only be closed from the inside so I couldn't close the door to stop the smell seeping into the bedroom. I asked if there was an alternative room but everything was booked. Staff apologised and said they would get their manager to look at fixing the issues. I wouldn't stay again.

The bar/restaurant downstairs is a nice perk. Good food. Fun staff. Clean room with very little noise. The black out screen on the window made it very easy to sleep. WiFi is a little skippy though.

Service lessons?

It's an okay hostel for the money. But NO SAFETY BOXES! Day staff, the girl was polite and helpfull. Evening staff and nightstaff was rude and not helpfull at all. Staff yelled at workers and other staff infront of guests. Bed was comfortable and room okay, but nothing special.

Good hostel but misleading wifi ad

The hostel itself is central from a lot of areas and sites but not next to any one of them and about a 10-20 minute walk to most of the sites. The wifi is not free unlike advertised. It is free in the small lobby only from 7am-7pm. If you want wifi in your room, there is an extra charge. Room itself was clean. I booked a single room and i thought it was worth the cost and taken care of. No fridge in the room and a/c did not seem to turn off so i had to adjust the temperature as to keep warm. Otherwise i enjoyed my stay and i would consider staying here again if i was in the area.

great location close to everything

I arrived really early in the morning off a plane, was able to check in straight away and go to sleep. thank you! The whole place was really clean, staff were friendly and I felt at home. Made new friends and thouroughly enjoyed my stay. I will go back.

백팩커 중에 최악...ㅜㅠ 우선 락커가 없음 침대 시트도 갈아주는 지 의심스럽고요. 거기서 자는 애들도 다 비매너... 아 그리고 방에 화장실이랑 샤워룸이 두개가 있는데 하나로 묶여 있어서 그것도 불편한 꺼리였습니다. 최악의 백팩... 장점은 딱 하나. 트렌짓 센터랑 가까운거 그거 딱하나입니다.

V nice clean & quiet, good facilities fab location

Lovely hostel, had experienced some pit ones recently but this was great as it was quiet and clean inside, had comfortable living areas and facilities, a laid back pub next door. Swift check in/out. 24hr reception. TV with lots of channels, So nice to have a bathroom attached to the bedroom for a change! Had 2 showers, a toilet room and a sink in the centre of the bathroom so if busy more than 1 can use but most of the time you could have the whole room. Makes a great change from walking down the hallway to get to cubicles to shower in! Located ideally across the road from Roma St Station where most major trains, coaches etc arrive/depart and all the brisbane rail trains go through.
