Disappointing
Very disappointing stay for a girls weekend away. Tiny apartment, only 2 seater sofa, only 3 dining chairs at the very small table jammed in a corner. We booked for 4 ADULTS, no way was there enough space for us all. Poxy small bathroom no towel rails anywhere. No nice view?? Was expecting at least a better view for a girls weekend away but no on level 11 pretty much on the ground. Yet no thought from hotel. Kitchen cabinets had dirty hand marks all over them, dishwashers stunk with old food and chips under the bead from previous guests. I called the day before to give authorisation for my friends arriving earlier to check in so they didn’t have to wait, gave them the names and yet my friends still weren’t allowed in! Long waits at front desk and hotel parking was a joke and the price of it ridiculous after paying so much for the hotel. The whole ordeal was a headache to be honest.

Nice room and nice view - no hot water though
Amazing 2 BR apartment on the 60th floor. Small, but clean and a great view in a nice building in a great area. Only issue was the shower had no hot water, despite the bathroom sink having lots of hot water. Not sure what was going on here.

Ok stay but probably won't stay again
•Check-in was later than 2pm but staff were good •Phone reception in the room was very patchy, sometimes I got signal but more often not. •First day there and only 1 lift was working in the skycity tower, there was a 5min wait to get up and down the lift •The rest of the stay there, there was only 2 out of 4 lifts working •Went to use the dishwasher and it stunk, almost like it needed to be cleaned and dried properly
