From the moment we walked in, we knew it was going to be a good stay. The hotel lobby was clean, tidy and inviting. The staff were also very welcoming. Our room was a good size and had all what we needed. The gym was well equipped, as was the pool area. Breakfast was extremely good, with plenty to choose from, and in a lovely setting. Great hotel, central and walking distance to all the main attractions. We were attending Wimbledon and found it ease to commute out there for the day. We were very excited to come back to the Novotel in Blackfriars. Despite being early to check in, we were given a room so we could start our vacation in london early. The pool is lovely, the room was spacious, clean, and had everything we would need. We had two tvs in our room that were identical so the remotes operated both of them. That was the only challenge! Breakfast was also perfect and had everything we could possibly want to eat.

Absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. Every staff member was helpful from the moment we arrived. Room was lovely, breakfast was great- lots of selection. Pool was wonderful only spoiled by 2 people getting amorous in the pool when there was children around. Tried to find a phone to ring up to report it but nobody was around at that point. Maybe a 'no heavy petting sign' needs adding because didn't appreciate my child viewing pg 15 stuff. They went in the sauna to hide his excitement in the end
