The service from the staff was exemplary. The room was cleaned daily and supplied with tea, coffee and 2 water bottles each day. The hotel is a block away from the Bayswater tube station. I could hear a faint rumbling of trains at night but earplugs drowned out the sound for sleeping., otherwise rather quiet. I had a basement room which was just the right size for me. Bigger than hotel rooms in Japan. Shops on the same street as the tube station. I'd stay there again if i go back.

It was a great & clean hotel! Good breakfast too! Like in London all A/C systems are very low with the cooling system. My recommendation to all London hotels is give an alternative to the guests for padded duvet and regular just sheet duvet NOT padded due to the extreme heat Europe is going through. Fortunately we were provided at our request a single sheet! Overall a good experience with this hotel.

My husband and I selected this property for the last 3 nights of a 2 week England trip, and it was the perfect place to stay as our last experience in the country. It was in a great location, a block from the Bayswater Tube (which is one stop from Paddington station), and on that same block was coffee, pizza, bakeries, 2 markets and much more. Because it was on a side street it was very quiet and shaded by lots of trees. There is an outdoor sitting area that many guests, (especially families) used for food or games. Our room was quiet and large. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was fine but space was under utilized and the layout was strange. Our room was a bit strange to get to from the elevators where going up and down stairs was required and made getting luggage in and out more difficult. Bathroom sink had mould in all the caulking. Booked the room for 3 people and only one large towel and one small towel was provided. Reception area was nice and patio was well shaded. Would likely not recommend but far from the worst I’ve stayed in.
