When walking it, it seemed to be perfect. After a very bumpy check in process (meeting someone on a sketchy steet corner) we were beyond ready to settle in. They were accommodating with our late check in time, but the listing was rather deceptive. If I wanted to list the broken items in the apartment, I would take up the word count. From unstable chairs to broken vacuums. The worst of the events was the pipe breaking, which was out of the control of anyone, but more so it was the communication we recieved. Instead of being eager to help us after we were told we would have no water... all weekend... in a heatwave... instead we recieved a lack of customer service. When on the phone I was told to "calm down" and stop "giving him trouble" because I was concerned. They reluctantly let a plumber in, so if you stay here, maybe make sure you pack a stiff backbone. They had a vague check out process that they attempt to blame us for. For the price, it is reasonable, but I wish I had payed a bit more to not be stressed out my entire weekend. I believe you should not have to pay a great price to receive good customer service.
